Former Deputy Advocate General Harshmani Raturi Unveils the 25th Edition of Sain Srijan Patal Magazine

Dehradun: The 25th edition of ‘Sain Srijan Patal’, a monthly magazine dedicated to social concerns, literature, culture, education, and public awareness, was unveiled by former Deputy Advocate General Harshmani Raturi.

On the occasion, Raturi appreciated the magazine’s consistent publication and its efforts to highlight socially relevant issues. He said that literature and journalism are powerful mediums for guiding society in a positive direction.
Raturi stated that in today’s times, the need for literary and socially conscious magazines has increased significantly—particularly those that present the positive aspects of society and bring issues related to folk culture, education, the environment, and public welfare to readers with seriousness and sensitivity.
He said that ‘Sain Srijan Patal’, true to its name, is providing a meaningful platform for creativity and social consciousness. Reaching its 25th edition, he added, is a testament to the magazine’s editorial commitment, the trust of its readers, and the collective support of all its contributors.
Congratulating the entire magazine family on this achievement, he extended his best wishes and encouraged them to continue serving society and literature with the same dedication in the future.The Founder and Editor of the magazine, Prof. (Dr.) K. L. Talwar, said that ‘Sain Srijan Patal’ is not merely a magazine, but a powerful platform that connects literature, culture, social concerns, and positive ideas.He said that the magazine provides both established and emerging writers with an opportunity to express and showcase their talent. ‘Our continuous effort is to ensure that Uttarakhand’s rich folk culture, languages, traditions, and issues related to social awareness receive wider recognition,’ he said.He further added that the publication of the 25th edition is an important milestone for the magazine, but not the destination of its journey. Instead, it serves as an inspiration to move forward with even greater responsibility.
