Former Doordarshan Assistant Director Pratap Singh Rawat Releases 26th Issue of ‘Sain Srijan Patal’

Dehradun: The 26th issue of ‘Sain Srijan Patal’, a monthly magazine dedicated to promoting literature, journalism, and creative writing, was released by former Assistant Director (Programme) of Doordarshan, Pratap Singh Rawat.
The occasion featured an extensive discussion on various aspects of literature, writing, journalism, and creative expression.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Pratap Singh Rawat said that literary magazines continue to play an important role in promoting positive ideas in society and providing a platform to emerging talents.
He said that literature is not merely an arrangement of words but a powerful medium to understand society and its times. Through their writings, authors and creative thinkers contribute to the exchange of ideas in society.
He emphasized the importance of platforms like ‘Sain Srijan Patal’, which provide new writers, authors, and emerging talents with opportunities to showcase their creative abilities. He congratulated the editorial team on the publication of the 26th issue and expressed hope that the magazine would continue its work in the fields of literature and creativity.
Addressing the programme, the magazine’s Editor, Prof. (Dr.) K. L. Talwar, said that ‘Sain Srijan Patal’ was established with the objective of providing a platform for the promotion and advancement of writing and creative expression, where creative ideas related to literature, journalism, education, art, and social concerns could find a place.
He said that efforts are made to make every issue informative, thought-provoking, and creative for readers. The publication of 26 consecutive issues is evidence of the continued interest and engagement of society with literature and writing.
The magazine’s Associate Editor, Ankit Tiwari, said that the release of the 26th issue marks an important milestone in the magazine’s continuing creative journey. He said that through ‘Sain Srijan Patal’, efforts are being made to bring literary works as well as articles related to society, education, culture, journalism, and contemporary issues to readers.
He added that the true significance of any magazine lies in its connection with its readers and writers, and ‘Sain Srijan Patal’ is moving forward with the same spirit.
